e-content preparedness
My materials are not in e-content form. My commitment is that by the end of this week I will convet the first unit into e-content.
Having been exposed to different Web 2.0 tools I am excited to start using the tools and develop e-content materials. However, there are challenges along the way. One of these challenges is the lack of time due to many competing assignments. There are two things I want to do about this. One is to encourage my supervisors to employ more staff so that I can have more time to work on e-content. The second is to work steadily on producing units such as one unit per two weeks. Once I have produced a few units I will be motivated to go to the end.
